this hotel made me feel like i was in a waiting room instead of a 4-star establishment. the head waitress was incredibly stern, making breakfast unbearable. with a pet policy that disrupts evening outings, i could have used a complimentary drink to ease my disappointment. the price clearly implies some red-carpet treatment, but i settled for plain old carpet,disappointing!

the hotel is right in the heart of cortina, located on the pedestrian street, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and bars. the staff were incredibly helpful, offering great hiking suggestions and accommodating our needs. the wellness center with a Finnish sauna and Turkish bath was amazing, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The location is ideal, right in the town center, close to restaurants and shopping. Exploring the nearby hiking trails was a hit with the family, and the helpful staff made our stay easier. We particularly enjoyed the lovely service from the bar staff.
